How to Register for Camp

Please follow the steps below to complete registration.

Your child is considered FULLY REGISTERED for camp when their Registration Form has been submitted and the Registration and Camp Deposit Fees have been paid. To qualify for the Early Bird Discount, you must submit your Registration Form, allow time for processing, and Pay all Camp Fees by May 31, 2025.

STEP 1: Submit the Online Registration FormClick on the button to the right to complete the appropriate Registration form based on the age of your child. Residential Camps are for Campers in Rising 5th through 12th Grades. Day Camps are for Campers in Rising 1st through 6th Grades. (Campers in Rising 5th through 6th Grades CAN choose to attend some weeks of Day Camp and some weeks of Residential Camp; however, you must complete both the Day Camp Registration Form and the Residential Camp Registration Form). If you are limited in your ability to complete an online form, please email officemanager@phoebeneedles.org for assistance. Once you complete the form and hit the SUBMIT button, you will have the option to download a PDF copy of your child’s registration. You must complete one online Registration Form for EACH CHILD REGISTERED. Please do not attempt to submit multiple children on one form.

STEP 2: Submit an Online Scholarship ApplicationClick on the appropriate button to the right to access the Scholarship Application. Please ONLY SUBMIT ONE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD (not one per child). Again, If you are limited in your ability to complete an online form, please email officemanager@phoebeneedles.org for assistance. Once you complete the form and hit the SUBMIT button, you will have the option to download a PDF copy of your Household’s Scholarship Application.

STEP 3: Allow Phoebe Needles Staff Time to Process Your Registration Form and Scholarship Application (if applicable) – This should occur within five (5) business days. Once processed, we will email you to confirm campers registered, camps registered, household scholarship award, and payment option/payment plan selected. STEP 4: Make Payment in Full Payment or Start Your Payment Plan – The amount you pay up front will be based on the choice you make on your Registration Form. To make a payment, click on the Pay My Camp Invoice button to the right. For more information about Payment Plan Options, CLICK HERE. 

ABOUT REFUNDS:

In general, Registration Fees ($20-35) and Camp Deposits ($30-$60 per camp week depending on camps selected) are not refundable. Any amount paid over the registration and deposit fees, collectively, is refundable. We do not process refunds until after the camp season closes on August 1st. Any balance to be refunded will be refunded via check and mailed by   August 31st.
